Moringa is one of the most useful plants on Earth and is referred to as the "tree of life". It is one of the plants with the highest concentration of nutrients in the world. Its taste is pleasant, slightly pungent, similar to spinach.
It originally comes from India, where it has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. The tree is mainly found on the African continent in various localities. The cultivation of Moringa is very beneficial in combating malnutrition in poor areas of Africa that suffer from hunger. Moringa is easy to grow and drought-resistant, yet it contains a large amount of nutritional substances.
Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day. Moringa powder can be added to yogurts, drinks and ice cream dairy products or mixed with other superfood foods to multiply the effects. The powder can also be added to any dish (e.g. soups, salads).
