At the beginning of the year I had problems with my spine. I kept putting off going to the doctor and only went to the doctor when I was having trouble getting out of bed and walking a few steps was almost impossible. The result was an emergency spinal surgery which was in May this year. I was at risk of paralysis. The operation was successful and I avoided paralysis. However, the nerves that had been pinched by my indifference remained numb. The toes of my right foot heel and foot completely numb. I am currently on a rehabilitation regime and am under neurosurgical control. I purposely signed up through Mr. Zvak's e mail offer to try the activbody spray and see what's next. And the result? My knees hurt so much that I kept waking up at night. I started using Activ Body drink and Body sprays, Activ NOsprey, Activ Magnesium+B6+K.
