Hey, guys. I want to share my experience. I took your advice and started taking CORDYCEPS regularly because I struggle with covid. I also drink Activ C regularly , but with it I have started to deal with histamine. Also reishi coffee and capsules and on alternate days calcium and NO drink. And wonder of the world, all histamine reactions to food disappeared within 14 days. That Activ Fiber is a miracle for me. The course of the covid is milder without the temperatures.
